The SMST Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
Amendments from our Standard Signup Terms:
At this point the SMST plans to go forward as normal, we will update you as more info becomes available.
As we approach the tournament dates, if the soccer governing bodies determine it safe to play the tournament, we will play. These include US Soccer and CSA.
As we approach the tournament dates, we will also reconfirm in advance with the State of Colorado & The City of Steamboat Springs that they will allow the tournament to proceed.
If a cancellation or reduction occurs directly because of a restriction by any applicable and recognized governing body on the tournament itself, all affected teams will be refunded in full.
If a team drops out of the tournament for any other reason, our standard cancellation clauses apply including:
Any team that has not been previously accepted into the 2020 Steamboat Mountain Soccer tournament, will receive a FULL refund.
Any team that has been accepted will have seven running days from the date of the acceptance email to cancel their registration and receive a full refund minus a $100 handling fee.
